B2 Welche Daten verarbeitet werden
- Zugriffsdaten. Beim Aufruf der Seite protokolliert der Hoster technisch notwendige Angaben: IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse, übertragene Datenmenge, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Rechtsgrundlage ist das berechtigte Interesse an einem sicheren und funktionierenden Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
- Ihre Nachricht. Wenn Sie mir schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihre Adresse und den Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht, um sie zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
- Ihre Sprachwahl. Wählen Sie eine Sprache, merkt sich Ihr Browser diese Auswahl im lokalen Speicher. Diese Angabe verlässt Ihr Gerät nicht und wird von mir nicht ausgewertet. Sie ist technisch notwendig im Sinne von Art. 122 des italienischen Datenschutzkodex und benötigt keine Einwilligung.
B3 Was nicht stattfindet
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies zur Profilbildung und keine Werkzeuge zur Reichweitenmessung ein. Es gibt keine Schaltflächen sozialer Netzwerke, kein eingebettetes Video und keine Werbung. Deshalb erscheint auch kein Einwilligungsbanner — er wäre ohne Tracking gegenstandslos.
B4 Wer die Daten außer mir erhält
Zugriffsdaten verarbeitet der Hoster als Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Ihre Nachrichten liegen beim Anbieter meines E-Mail-Postfachs. Darüber hinaus gebe ich Daten nicht weiter, außer ich bin gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet.
Die Schriftarten dieser Seite werden von diesem Server geladen — sie erzeugen dadurch keine Verbindung zu Dritten.
B5 Übermittlung außerhalb der Europäischen Union
Sofern ein eingesetzter Dienstleister Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeitet, geschieht dies auf Grundlage der Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission. Welche Dienstleister das betrifft, ergänze ich hier, sobald die Auswahl feststeht.
B6 Wie lange die Daten bleiben
Zugriffsprotokolle werden nach kurzer Zeit automatisch gelöscht. Ihre Nachricht bewahre ich so lange auf, wie es für die Beantwortung und einen möglichen weiteren Austausch nötig ist.
Ihre Rechte
Diese Rechte stehen Ihnen jederzeit zu. Eine formlose Nachricht genügt, ich antworte innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist von einem Monat.
- Auskunft darüber, ob und welche Daten ich zu Ihnen verarbeite (Art. 15).
- Berichtigung unrichtiger und Vervollständigung unvollständiger Daten (Art. 16).
- Löschung, sobald der Zweck entfallen ist und keine Aufbewahrungspflicht entgegensteht (Art. 17).
- Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, solange ein Punkt strittig ist (Art. 18).
- Übertragbarkeit der von Ihnen bereitgestellten Daten in einem gängigen Format (Art. 20).
- Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen, die auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhen (Art. 21).

- Your language choice. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it in local storage. That entry never leaves your device and is not evaluated by me. It is technically necessary within the meaning of Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and requires no consent.
B3 What does not happen
This website sets no profiling cookies and uses no traffic measurement tools. There are no social network buttons, no embedded video and no advertising. That is why no consent banner appears — without tracking it would have no purpose.
B4 Who receives the data besides me
Access data is processed by the hosting provider as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Your messages sit with the provider of my mailbox. Beyond that I pass on no data unless required by law.
The typefaces on this site are served from this server — so they open no connection to third parties.
B5 Transfers outside the European Union
Where a provider I use processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. I will name the providers concerned here once the choice is settled.
B6 How long data is kept
Access logs are deleted automatically after a short period. I keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it and to handle any further exchange that follows.
Your rights
These rights apply at any time. An informal message is enough; I reply within the statutory period of one month.
- Access to whether and which of your data I process (Art. 15).
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data (Art. 16).
- Erasure, once the purpose has ended and no retention duty stands in the way (Art. 17).
